Palmquist Investments and Narrate Real Estate have partnered to lead the vision for 5860 E Jefferson. With extensive experience in real estate development and community engagement, the team is committed to delivering attainable housing while preserving the character of Southmoor Park. 

To further support this effort, Palmquist and Narrate have brought on Wall Kane Consulting to lead community engagement and OZ Architecture to guide site planning and design. By working closely with the City of Denver and local residents, the project aims to add long-term value and reflect the priorities of the neighborhood.
